Thousands of industry professionals from all over the world travel in to check out new products and listen to tech leaders speak on their success. The Kinetic Events' team of event and conference staff were brought on to assist with registration, wayfinding, room oversight, and a variety of other conference staff duties. The conference stopped in DallasChicagoNew York City, and Washington DC. Our event staff kept each event running smoothly and led to successful programs in every city

Program Goals

Point Form. General

  • Welcome and engage conference attendees

  • Dedicated Project Manager used to hire and position staff according to their skill sets. 

  • Organize and implement training for staff

  • Facilitate registration for attendees and vendors

  • Arrange and organize door monitors and directional staff to help convention room smoothly

  • Scan badges for attendees entering sessions and keynote presentations

  • Direct lost attendees to sessions, meal areas, restrooms, etc
